The purchase of an accounting and financial management company, Tilitoimisto Lundström Oy and Sandström & Lundström Oy Ab, by Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj for EUR 1.4 million is set to bring growth to Wulff’s service business. The two acquired companies have a combined annual turnover of EUR 1.3 million and employ 13 people. Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj CEO, Elina Rahkonen, sees this acquisition as an opportunity for more financial management excellence in a vibrant and growing market.

Marina Nyberg, CEO of Tilitoimisto Lundström Oy, expressed that the values of Wulff align perfectly with their values of personal and local service. With the acquisition, Wulff expects to strengthen its position in the accounting and financial management services market, serving clients in Finnish, Swedish, Russian, and English nationwide. The combined annual turnover of the Wulff Group’s accounting and financial management services is expected to reach around EUR 3 million post-acquisition, with a positive impact on profitability.

The purchase agreement was signed and implemented on February 16, 2024. Wulff-Yhtiöt Oyj plans to continue providing sustainable and efficient work environment solutions to create better workplaces.
