BKR International has welcomed new board members to its worldwide board and three regional boards, effective July 1, 2024. The board members, elected by association membership, play a crucial role in defining business trends, insights, and strategies to help independent member firms thrive in the accounting and advisory industry. The following individuals were named to the boards:

• Worldwide board: Martin Phelan, Roland Schiff-Martini, and Erik Koetje
• Americas regional board: Jim McConnery and Chris Ward
• Asia-Pacific regional board: Ami Leng and Triyanto Suwito
• EMEA regional board: Ignacio Fernandez Mateos and Daniel Walters

The board also expressed gratitude to outgoing members Ulrich Viefers, Bas Hidding, Carine Tan, Kelly Lohn, and Nicholas Newman for their contributions to the organization.
