CompuData is a Sage Diamond Partner and has Microsoft Partner designations. CBIZ President and CEO Jerry Grisko expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the alignment of industry verticals and the potential for mutual benefits for employees and clients. With this acquisition, CBIZ solidifies its position as one of the largest accounting and insurance brokerage providers in the U.S.

CBIZ, a top 15 accounting firm, recently announced the acquisition of CompuData, a technology solutions company based in Philadelphia. CompuData, founded in 1971, specializes in providing cloud computing, accounting enterprise resource planning software, managed IT, and security services to small and midsized businesses. The company is a Sage Diamond Partner and holds Microsoft Partner designations in Azure Cloud and Modern Work.

CompuData has 60 employees and an annual revenue of approximately $20 million. The acquisition is seen as a strategic move to meet the increasing demand for services such as those offered by CompuData. CBIZ President and CEO Jerry Grisko emphasized the value of CompuData’s reputation and client-focused approach, stating that the partnership will benefit both companies and their clients.

CompuData’s President and CEO, Angela Nadeau, expressed excitement about joining forces with CBIZ and highlighted the alignment of industry verticals between the two companies. She sees the partnership as a great opportunity for growth and expects it to be mutually beneficial for employees and clients.

With headquarters in Cleveland and a presence in 33 states, CBIZ is a prominent accounting and insurance brokerage provider in the U.S. The acquisition of CompuData further strengthens CBIZ’s position in the market and expands its service offerings for small and midsized businesses.
