The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining full cycle accounting, supporting the preparation of financial statements, handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, managing grant applications, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. The General Accountant will also be involved in month-end and year-end procedures, participate in inventory counts, and support the preparation of financial statements and year-end audits.

The successful candidate will need to have a passion for music, possess post-secondary education in Business with a focus on Accounting, have 1-3 years of accounting experience, be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and have strong reconciliations and time management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and NetSuite are considered assets, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
