Sedulo Group has appointed Logan Rowan as its national head of Transaction Services, a move that is expected to “fuel huge growth” in the division. Rowan previously worked at KPMG as a partner in the firm’s London office, where he managed relationships with major private equity and corporate clients. During his 20 years at KPMG, Rowan was involved in several high-profile transactions, including Advent International Corporation’s £4bn acquisition of Cobham and its £2.6bn acquisition of Ultra Electronics. Rowan also brings extensive European market experience, including advising on large cross-border deals, complex carve-outs, and vendor due diligence projects and IPOs.

The appointment comes as Sedulo reported record results in 2023 and aims to double in size over the next three years. The firm, which currently has offices in Manchester, London, Leeds, and Liverpool, plans to open a new office in the near future. Sedulo founder Paul Cheetham-Karcz described Rowan’s appointment as a “marquee recruit” and expects it to lead to further additions to the deal advisory firm. Rowan voiced his excitement about joining Sedulo and its ambitious growth plans, praising the firm’s passion for client service and employee and community care.
