DEAL ALERT: Accounting firm scores office space in Narrative.

TLDR: Accounting firm Frazier & Deeter has leased a portion of the top floor of Las Vegas’ Narrative Office Complex, a venture between LaPour Partners and G2 Capital. Narrative offers state-of-the-art facilities and a range of amenities, including a fitness room, amenity lounge, conference room and outdoor fitness equipment. Principal Jeff LaPour said Narrative has achieved a “great mix” of tenant companies so far and reached 92% occupancy within a year of completion.

Las Vegas-based companies LaPour Partners and G2 Capital have announced that accounting and advisory firm Frazier & Deeter has leased space in the Class A office development, Narrative. Less than a year after completing the building, it has been leased to within 92% capacity. Narrative offers facilities including fitness and quiet rooms, conference and amenity lounges, as well as outdoor equipment and seating areas. BD Las Vegas office managing partner, Brandon Sherman, said that the state-of-the-art facilities and environment offered by Narrative aligned perfectly with his firm’s values.
